You know, losing weight fast, but also easy, natural, and to where it's actually fun, is not as difficult as you think. The problem with why most people have such a hard time losing weight more than likely has to do with one of the 3 common diet traps that get people stuck with little to no results. I was one of those people! Trap # 2 – Magic Machines – Those crazy exercise machines that you see advertised all over TV these days go after a very common mindset: The mindset of easy over night solutions. The fact of the matter is that most of those "magic machines" or abdominal contraptions, etc. are ineffective at naturally burning away fat and dropping pounds. This is because they do not target the key aspects of your bodies natural fat burning capabilities (lean muscle and a faster metabolism).

Trap # 3 – Diet Pills – Pills are dangerous, expensive, and have a plethora of side effects. Additionally, once you are finished taking pills, your metabolism will slow down significantly causing you to regain whatever weight you just lost … go figure!

The Best Solution – The key to losing weight fast and easy is to provide your body with 100% proper nutrition, ensure that your metabolism is raised to the maximum peak, and do higher intensity workouts (sprinting, circuit training, etc.) and building lean muscle. Once I readjusted my diet to ensure I got on a program that was all about eating NORMAL foods to lose weight and also increasing my metabolic rate to the highest point, plus doing more intense exercises along with building lean muscle, I wound up losing 50 pounds of stubborn fat in 8 weeks … permanently!
